Leona got to enjoy nearly 90 days of nana-time. She got sung to, read to, walked around the courtyard, fed, changed, tickled, loved. All the spoiling was great for her and she made huge bounds in her development as well as chunking out.My Mum got to spend long enough in NYC to get a good idea of what our life here is like. She didn't really enjoy the bustle and incessant noise of the city but she enjoyed sharing our lives for a few months. (It wasn't so bad, was it, Mum?)
We were all very spoilt with hot porridge every morning, hot pies at night and we even got to go out and leave Leona at home with Mum. Oh, and I got to go to work and finish up the last of my experiments for my PhD!!
